RETURN POLICY
CONTACT US AT info@tempoluxuryhome.com to arrange for a return of your item. We value you as a customer. It's our aim to provide you with exceptional products. Keep in mind that the return shipment cost and re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Rugs and side tables can not be returned due to the fact that they are a large made-to-order custom items. On request we will provide pom samples for color ways - Pom Samples are $5.00 each.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
1- BROKEN / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of your item, and provide us with the following information in your email:

Item Name
Tracking number
First and Last name
Delivery Address
Delivery date
Telephone Number
Please describe the damage and enclose a photograph of the damaged piece.
Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
2- RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Please contact us at info@tempoluxuryhome.com within 14 days after receipt of your item, and we will arrange for return/exchange. Since this item is custom made, you will be responsible for the restocking and return cost which we will deducted from your refund once we have received the item in perfect condition. Please provide us with the following information in your email.

Items returned for any reason must be in their original condition - no damages - Items not returned in this condition will not be accepted. (This does not include items that are received in a damaged condition. and that you notified us about up to 3 days after receipt of your item)
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
*Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn.` Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
Items returned outside the 14 days return timeframe.
Damaged items cannot be returned. (unless you have notified us immediately up to 3 days after receipt of your item.)
Rugs cannot be returned because they are custom made in India and special order. You can request Poms with the color options for real color verifications.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER
CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at info@tempoluxuryhome.com.com after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. You have up to 3 days to cancel your order. Our automated processes fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.
